Chirpy was pioneering NPS measurement for conversational AI — a nascent space where traditional survey tools didn't work because the interactions happen inside messaging platforms, not web browsers. We needed to build integrations with Facebook Messenger, Slack, and Microsoft Teams that could intercept bot conversations at the right moment, collect structured feedback without disrupting the user flow, and aggregate the data into actionable dashboards. The Node.js backend handles webhook processing from multiple platforms simultaneously, normalizes the feedback data into a consistent format, and serves the analytics dashboard where bot operators can track satisfaction trends and identify conversation patterns that lead to negative experiences.
