PraosHealth was building a marketplace connecting hospitals with qualified nurses — a three-sided platform requiring separate interfaces for nurses, hospitals, and system administrators. The technical challenge was implementing automated credential verification through third-party APIs, ensuring that nurse licenses, certifications, and background checks were validated before any job matching could occur. We built the Angular frontend with Node.js/Express backend, integrated multiple verification APIs, implemented real-time job matching based on specialty and location, and created an admin dashboard for system configuration and user management. The platform reduced hospital hiring time by 60%.
