Upscribe

Upscribe was building a subscription management platform on top of Shopify — one of the most complex API integration challenges in e-commerce. The platform needed to handle subscription creation with custom intervals, synchronize inventory across Shopify and internal systems, manage recurring billing, and inject custom UI elements into merchants' Liquid themes without breaking their designs. We built the Next.js storefront, Nuxt admin panel, and Shopify theme customizations, implementing webhook handlers for real-time order processing and a customer portal that gives subscribers full control over their plans. The platform processes thousands of recurring orders daily across hundreds of merchants.
