How fast can you place engineers?

We present vetted candidates within 48 hours and can have someone onboarded within 1-2 weeks. For urgent needs, we've placed engineers who started the following Monday.

What if the engineer isn't a fit?

We offer a 2-week replacement guarantee. If the engineer doesn't meet your expectations for any reason — skill, communication, culture — we replace them at no additional cost. In practice this happens less than 5% of the time because of our vetting process.

How do you vet engineers?

Multi-stage process: technical screening with senior engineers (not recruiters), live coding exercise in their primary stack, system design discussion, and reference checks from previous client engagements. We accept roughly 8% of applicants.

What's the minimum engagement?

3 months for individual engineers, 6 months for dedicated teams. This gives enough time for meaningful contribution and knowledge transfer. For shorter needs, consider our project-based engagements instead.

Do your engineers work in our timezone?

Yes. Our team is based in Poland and Ukraine (CET/EET), with strong overlap with European and US East Coast hours. For US West Coast, we adjust schedules to ensure at least 4 hours of real-time overlap daily.
