Bykea is Pakistan's largest delivery service, handling millions of orders monthly across a country with unique logistics challenges — inconsistent addressing systems, variable network connectivity, and extreme traffic conditions. We built the Next.js frontend and CMS that powers the customer-facing ordering experience, implemented real-time order tracking with Google Maps integration showing live rider positions, and created the administrative dashboard for managing restaurants, riders, and delivery zones. The TypeScript codebase with MUI components ensured a consistent experience, while the real-time WebSocket layer kept delivery ETAs accurate even in congested urban areas.
