Cabdo was building a ride-hailing service to compete with Uber in select European markets, requiring a full-stack mobile solution with real-time capabilities. We developed the React Native app with real-time GPS tracking, implemented a driver matching algorithm that considers proximity, availability, and vehicle type, and built the Node.js backend with MongoDB for handling ride requests, payments, and user profiles. Google Maps integration provided route optimization and ETA calculations. The rating and feedback system we built helped maintain service quality, while the elegant sedan booking feature differentiated Cabdo from traditional taxi apps.
