Moveboard

Moveboard digitizes the moving industry — a sector still largely run on paper quotes and gut-feel estimates. The core challenge was building an algorithm that accurately estimates moving costs based on dozens of variables: distance, number of rooms, appliance types, staircase access, time of year, required packing services, and insurance options. We built the Angular application with a dynamic form system that guides customers through their move details, feeds the data into our estimation engine, and generates detailed quotes that break down costs transparently. During the move itself, the app handles digital contract signing with options for add-on services, making the field experience paperless.
