TrustHab provides HVAC control systems to commercial building operators — clients who manage dozens of units across multiple sites and need real-time visibility into equipment status, energy consumption, and maintenance schedules. We built an Angular dashboard with TypeScript that displays live sensor data from IoT devices, enables simultaneous control of multiple HVAC units, and generates detailed energy consumption reports. The Node.js/Express backend processes thousands of data points per minute from connected equipment, while MongoDB handles the time-series storage requirements. The system reduced our client's energy costs by an average of 25%.
